Book Online
You can book an appointment online
or call 6621 2371.
If you are booking an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccination, you will need to complete a Department of Health consent form. Click through for more information and links to the form.
Please notify our staff on arrival if you are suffering from an urgent problem, eg:
- chest pain,
- difficulty breathing,
- acute bleeding, etc.
Despite our best intentions, we sometimes run late. This is usually because someone has needed unexpected urgent attention. Be assured when it comes to your appointment the doctor will not rush you, but give you the time your deserve. Our reception staff will endeavour to inform you of any delay when you arrive.
When making appointments please inform the staff if a longer appointment is required, for such things as:
- insurance medical,
- driving medical,
- treating doctors reports,
- pap smears, and
- counselling type consultations.
This enables the doctor to keep more time. You are also welcome to phone prior to arriving at the clinic to check if your doctor is running on schedule.
